Dave Innes told me tonight via email that these changes are for estate planning purposes.

It's obvious we have a big event coming very soon in my personal opinion.

Management wouldn't be looking for tax shelters now if they thought the price would go further down or if we are a year away from a big material event.

Naturally if we get our hopes up and nothing happens then it’s still all our fault right, and not for management undertaking moves that a reasonable person in their shoes would know us going to get interpreted in certain ways by shareholders starved for any recent official news.

In recognition of May as Brain Cancer Awareness Month, we are pleased to invite you to tune into the White House Cancer Moonshot Brain Cancers Forum on Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) & Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) on Thursday, May 25th from 1:00-2:00 PM. GBM and DIPG were selected as the cancers of focus for this forum because of their high mortality in adult and pediatric populations, respectively, and low availability of effective therapies.

Featured speakers for the opening session include Dr. Arati Prabhakar, Director of the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy and Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, and Dr. Danielle Carnival, Deputy Assistant to the President for the Cancer Moonshot and Deputy Director of Health Outcomes, White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, along with a goal-setting panel with patient advocates, and a government leaders panel, with leaders from NCI, ARPA-H, and NINDS.

The public session will be followed by non-public breakout sessions, where participants will be divided into two groups based on area of subject matter expertise to drive conversation and (1) align on the greatest challenges that if addressed will result in achieving better outcomes for GBM and/or DIPG patients; (2) share progress on work being undertaken to learn from one another about ongoing efforts and exploring ways to accelerate these efforts by participants and organizations at the Forum; and (3) generate commitments that will be announced publicly to spur action, imbue hope, and serve as models for other rare cancers and diseases.
