Saying that filings are LYING is a complete and utter hoot!

Why does the FINRA proceeding keep getting extended? For fun? Because they want to spend more money extending it? It’s because they are waiting for Sharp’s updates to close it, or they would not have extended it over a year ago.



Notice I'm providing verifiable links to SEC documents, FINRA documents and GVSI CURRENT FILINGS.

All I see are continued empty fallacies with no references, when references are supplied they are misdirection or unrelated, irrelevant information. Nothing posted directly has anything to do with the current state of GVSI as the filings state LEGAL PROCEEDINGS = NONE.

I am just glad GVSI isn't delayed for another 6 months, isn't in a situation with no merger and it didn't get slapped with a SEC proceeding with a cease and desist order and crashing now to no bid. :-(

If that was the case, I would think that GS would be under some sort of OBLIGATION to tell that to shareholders instead of proceeding on and having many believe that all is well.
