The SEC Administrative Proceedings has been extended to July 10, 2023. So there are legal proceedings against GVSI.

This clearly shows that it has been extended again.

In the SEC legal matters they can extend this forever until the company understands they will never approve any Corporate Action Requests.

But this is perfect for Sharp as he can use this as an excuse to drag this along and Sharp can keep pumping and extracting more money from investors.

Why hasn't Sharp refiled a Form 10 in over a year?
