The Coretec Group has to much debt , to many shares in the hands of sellers who feel they need to dump stock to get as much money back now as they can see we are possibly going sub penny and their shares will be worth less so they want to get rid of their shares fast . If Coretec can really hit commercialization phase in Q 4 then someone would merge with us with good revenue if they are that far along.
