And for the "ZILLIONTH TIME", Foelak's "standing order" has NO EFFECT.

Is this case dismissed? NO. NO. NO. Why not? Foelak's order says it is, right??? Then WHY is this case still droning on??

Because Foelak's order NEVER BECAME FINALIZED by the Board.

Foelak's Initial Decision? Means NOTHING.

What WILL mean something is the probable FRESH 90-day extension to the PFR on June 6th. Just another two weeks or so, to what will probably be another delay.
