BIEL has one device. CMS coding would take a half day and it doesn't need to be done until 2024 at the earliest. Nalepka didn't jump ship because Kelly wants a discount rate on CMS coding for one device next year.

Nalepka quit a company that wasn't paying him and took a job with a company that will pay him. No need to look for deeper meaning.
