Highly doubt it. Sounds like bad lawyering advice as Steven Rotman signing his name to the NT-10Q & NT-10K is perjury knowing they indeed are not going to file with in the allotted time.

Seems like something the SEC should look at as this is not the first time he has committed perjury as CEO of Vystar.
