it said "The Company believes it will be able to file the 10-K within the 15-calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25."
yeah... How did that LIE work out?
Then, last Friday, May 19, 2023 they filed a NT-10Q for the late quarterly report.
Saying "The Company currently expects to file the Quarterly Report within the 5-calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25."
CEO papa Steve signed his name to both.
