I guess Xeriant stole IP from Movychem, defaulted on its JV with Movychem, yet still has access to Movychem products like the revolutionary safe and eco-friendly Retacell fire retardant, and Movychem is all dandy happy with Xeriant, and so Next New Concept, Inc. is all ready to buy those additional Retacell infused products, via Xeriant from the defaulted JV entity Ebenberg,LLC. Yup, all makes sense there.
