If you publish a current one for a MM, I will humbly RETRACT MY STATEMENT.

I can't find any for this stock. Nor can anyone else I have challenged to do so. Maybe YOU can.
HOWEVER...../
The rules to supply a bid/ ask Quote changed almost 20 years ago for the OTC, you do not need MM status to be a BD with "quote". BD's' who are NOT Market Maker but buy and sell the stock AS A BD for PROFIT MUST---MUST do all those trades through their PROPRIETARY TRADING ACCOUNT and provide a monthly activity report.

If you can find a BD reporting trading activity fort this stock, please publish it. I can find non. Which is not surprising BD's can't stay alive of $10-20 profit swings on intra day trades. that's just plain old common sense.

Also I maintain you CANNOT SHORT THIS STOCK. I have asked those saying you can short BIEL to offer just one Trading company who will short this stock. In three years I have not had any reply to that challenge. If you should know of one, please posts and I will Humbly retract THAT STATEMENT AS WELL.

I supplied the PACER link to this board as there has been a number of articles of late--(I recently posted one such article HERE) , that a Bankruptcy filing has a 83% probability for this company over the next 12 months..

Lastly I have asked a friend in MD to go to the Frederick MD post office ( 201 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701 ) and see if a forwarding address for 4539 Metropolitan Ct, Frederick, MD has been filed.

I will continue to report relevant information AS I DEEM FIT as BIEL slips into oblivion.
