#409318 RE: Number sleven #409315

NS, you reported TEVA's IPE cargos dropped off at Jacksonville weeks ago, and we discussed that event at some length then. I opined then that TEVA would be a merger candidate with Amarin

Do you have a way to determine what happened to that cargo---did it get stored there in cold storage like orange juice or beer to be shipped elsewhere later? Is there a way to find out whether that cargo was shipped by rail in refrigerated tank cars, or in refrigerated trucks, to a precise location like AMRN's capsule fill facilities in S. Car. or any of TEVA's facilities, e.g. Cincinnati?

TEVA had a lengthy business up-date yesterday, announcing a new growth strategy built on biosimilars and pipeline innovation involving "new treatments", while slimming down its core generic business where there was too much competition.

Later on this topic, including the MOCHIDA patent[the emulsified low dose composition?] in infringement litigation in Delaware along with AMRN's patents. Methinks Pdude's observation that the U.S. market is dead for Amarin may not be accurate.
