That is how I understood it , the Holding house just froze them until it was resolved , that is my understand of it all

But if Savov allegedly stole these Shares & then Sold them quickly before his account could be frozen, HOW did he steal them? From WHERE & HOW did he get them? Those figures (of his stolen Shares) might not be reflected in what's showing as the O/S Total.

Bonnie - I'm not really sure what you're talking about. I never suggested that he stole the shares, only that those70M shares were already accounted for in the OS, so any increase to the OS that we've see over the past 2 months (increased by 32.5M then increased by another 60 or so Million) has nothing to Savov. Nothing more nothing less....

MAGA, apparently Sabov somehow manipulated or hoodwinked the legal and/or stock trading system & got access to selling his presumed 72 Million Shares-- thus CC's lawsuit filed against Savov May 1st in Collins Co TX. (Savov alleges he owns such Shares by way of some sort of prior agreement with the Zhabilovs.) Just HOW that happened. i.e. that Savov convinced the authorities to "unfreeze" those 72 M Shares is a question I posed here. Anyway, Savov's having sold "his" presumed Shares this past week could be a reason $ENZC PPS plummeted during the week. Also, Other Shareholders having gotten wind of this debauchery could have caused them to sell as well, as they might have speculated more lawsuits would follow.
But as many Shareholders agree, the BIG enchilada with ENZC is our CLONE3 Patent with proprietary platform for our mAbs to treat/cure HIV & many other infectious diseases, along with ENZC's A.I. Patent.

Agreed, those Savov shares have been on record for many years. The increase is for something else TBD , lets see that disclosure.
