FALSE! AGAIN! Unless-inside-info. Previous 10-Q had zero mention of Next New Concept, Inc. Previous S-1/A had zero mention of Next New Concept, Inc.

It's like anything with Xeriant and New New Concept, Inc. never occurred.

Previous 10-K only mentioned Xeriant's Letter of Intent with Next New Concept, Inc., but all Xeriant SEC financial filings since have all had zero mention of Next New Concept, Inc.

Misleading information is the ploy of Xeriant promotion. Often the promotion is from insiders.
