NONSENSE ASU is not going to be redirecting funds
to CLNV. That is NOT how it works.
NOT AT ALL.

BOTH ASU and CLNV have stated that ASU and the WALTON foundation
are NOT PROVIDING FUNDING to CLNV.

ANY CLAIMS OTHERWISE IS COMPLETE MISINFORMATION.

Any Money that ASU gets is ALREADY EARMARKED for ASU
to establish a new Clean Energy Manufacturing Innovation Institute

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PROVIDING A PUBLIC COMPANY WITH
FUNDS....

The funding is for specific purposes such as research, equipment design and the like. If CLNV has a prototype plant in India that we have called our R and D plant and a press release that says that we have a two year co development relationship with the leading pyrolysis equipment manufacturer then where is the connection between the funding to ASU and the plant construction in AZ?
