With your expertise, is there any doubt that you are way above most here on clear cut explanations, etc?

Some think you are a "basher", but my feeling is that you share important information, not always well received which some are not willing to at least consider.

Fair enough, that Alzheimer's is complicated.

Amyloid removal coupled to tau regulation may be the route for the majority of us lacking favorable mutations.

It may be, but then again, it may not be. A better route may be something upstream from the creation of amyloid plaque and tau, such as preventing protein misfolding or better regulating earlier processes in the brain, agreed?

(For Alzheimer's analogies, I like the one that plaque and tau are the smoke, not the fire. ;) )
