If so then it was disservice to shareholders not to clearly communicate their intention to drag this out for an extended period and make us wait on the data from not one but TWO trials to mature.
Still this perfectly legal misleading by omission is par for the course and that’s why lots of us opposition shareholders called BS on the JA excuse from day one and especially after they released TLD without suppressive fire from the JA to protect it.
It all makes sense, it was under the scenario, as you say in more charitable terms than I do, what I would consider a scam to drag things out for reasons most of us would have (rightly to my mind) rejected if asked two years ago.
