As for "todds" or how it relates to TPTW (TEE FEE SCAM) I have no idea either. My best guess is that it is a coping mechanism for being repeatedly fkdover by TEE FEE SCAMMER ST3 and his DIMWIT PARROT FRANKIE ... maybe if you hallucinate some todd and assign away responsibility to todd and tell yourself that it is not your personal stupidity but the actions of some imaginary todd that has decimated your "investment" 95% you might feel better about the said "investment"?
