Fish, I am looking for a $1 increase in the annual dividend in the next 12 months with the reduction in the share count. Personally I can live comfortably on my dividends and social security check. I have no plans to sell for another year and if the dividend is increased by that $1 then I may just pass on the stock itself (without selling) to my beneficiaries allowing them to decide their price point to sell using a step up in (higher) cost basis.
