Who in their right mind, after reading this prospectus, would buy any of these shares being offered. Koos must be suffering from early stage dementia now to be making this bold move. He should go back to peddling more hyper discounted convertible notes if he is trying to raise enough money to pay the lease on his Maserati. At least that way he can get a few more dollars as he drives the share price back down to pennies. It's always entertaining to revisit this mess.
