Yep. It seems like there was some form of effort to play and pitch this one the past several days. They got slaughtered doing it. The Company is selling securities straight up, exchanging warrants for common shares, have unrelated third party debt converting into shares...and still converting B preferred into commons.
It's well beyond the usual scenario for these types of entities. It's just wrong man. There is absolutely no control and no mentor/council to tell them to stop it.
