LOL - Of course technical analysis works on any stock that is not being actively diluted. That's why it's technical analysis and not fundamental analysis, sheesh.

So the RSI below 30 is OVERSOLD! So maybe it's a buy, and then you see that the 52 week high is .45, maybe it's a buy.

Then you realize that there is a GAP to FILL, and maybe it's a buy. Technical analysis doesn't care a bit about, "the news"
