Maybe there is something wrong with me for virtually my entire life I could never understand (other than a few special situations) why someone would be interested in taking an expensive drug (I was going to say pay for but that is the problem is that patients usually don't pay but the insurance does) that only extends life a few months. And, those are the worst months of a person's life generally.
