These PPL are doing exactly what they planed to do so DON'T expect a change. IMO since the Regulation A Tier 2 offering to SCAM retail investors didn't materialize Duffy went with a TOXIC LENDER to get what he could out of this POS SCAM. Didn't matter much to Duffy and Crew how they made profit even by conning so called F&F. XERI is just another OTC SCAM run by LOW LIFE LYING THIEVES!!!!
