Well, if up to date financials were required for the loan closing then that's just one more box to check off.
I don't know for sure how long these types of loans take to close but we gotta be getting close.
Every time I think ST3 is just enjoying his days playing golf he releases a bombshell PR like investment partnership from BPI or vertical construction loan from Prime One. I think we're due for one soon
