hayward, Morgan Stanley is probably one of Sarissa's prime brokers. The amrn shs are probably held in street name at MS. I'm assuming Sarrisa uses a few prime brokers to hold the shs in their portfolio to spread the risk. See the link below which explains the function of a prime broker. They haven't sold any shs no 13D filing no sale.
