If FUNN had reduced expenditures like payroll; they could have closed the gap, but they didn’t.

Well past COVID, cafes are only generating about $300 k each, or a rate of $1.2 mil per year.

It may very well mean that they are topping out with gross revenues per cafe.

Unless they can turn over tables more quickly or raise prices or close down most unprofitable cafes in Provo, ChiTown, and Toronto

Like I said, can they close gap without relying on PPP loan forgiveness? So far, the answer is no
