#260748 RE: DimesForShares #260746

Already made the 4th reason. somebody with deep pockets thought what the hell, maybe
we will get some positive news next week. The biggest misonception here is kblb has
barely traded for so long, 3 million shares seems like something so record breaking is
in the works. Truth is in the grand scheme of things, 3 million shares are miniscule with
the outstanding share count and with the pps where its at.some here have 3 million themselves
lm sure. Their are many out there that have play money and probably buy a different co.
each week hoping for a winner. My thoughts

The one where they are accumulating shares? Like I suggested? It’s like a “buy-pump-dump” scheme.

So you're trying to say that Kim, who owns about 200 million shares, needed to rush to buy an extra million or so shares before he releases a pump? give me a break.

Just because someone can't fathom why a stock reacts the way it does, they try to use their limited understanding of the market to try and explain it away (and most of the time being way off). I can think of other reasons than your "three options" that would explain what happened.

"So you agree that the buying on Friday could have been the first phase in a pump-and-dump. The one where they are accumulating shares?"

if that was what was truly gathered from my post then i dont care to continue the conversation beyond this post...i dont understand how buy low and sell high can be interpreted as buy high and higher...smh

buy low means accumulate at low prices....how does buying up millions of shares in less than an hour driving up the pps 60% constitute "buying low"???...

"That would have to be followed by some sort of pump or another."

exactly..has one been seen?...

"With the volume so low at KBLB, it might be possible to execute a series of low-share-count buys at higher and higher prices, creating the illusion that KBLB was ‘on the move,’ then hoping others jump on the bandwagon to pump even higher before dumping their position."

low volume indicates little interest...pretty hard to start a run on a stock with little interest...too many other stocks available to do that with...you dont short a stock or try to pump a stock that has no interest...nor do you throw a whole bunch of money into a stock and just hope everyone follows so you can dump on them...

"No one has come up with another alternative."

i suggested a buyer, after doing extensive d/d, decided that kblb was worth an investment in a high risk portfolio...for some reason, he made the decision to buy now...and may decide to buy much more at higher prices when there is less risk...if he decided that the potential for a high return was significant, he might not care about having to buy at 4,5 or 6 cents...

but the idea that someone who has managed to accumulate a lot of money could just be plain stupid isnt likely...

" Suggestions that someone had decided to ‘pull the trigger’ to buy shares of KBLB can’t escape the fact that they probably overpaid by a significant margin"

he may have believed he was dealing with a time constraint...what is 4, 5 or 6 cents if one believes the pps will hit dollars...rich people dont look at the percentage difference between 5 and 6 cents when they see the potentional for enormous gains...

thats why they are rich and not WANTING to be rich...
