A P3 confirmatory trial already initiated and well underway enrolling by the time of AA does the same thing as a P4, except more preferable per eg. the Jama article I posted.
An AA decision is a least a year away, so meanwhile hopefully that P3 trial Anavex is planing will have got underway by then,
