What happens IF the TMF's production tests prove unsuccessful??? Nothing in the 10-Q about any further ongoing NEGOTIATIONS with AUCTUS. According to the latest extension which stated that March 15th was the DEFAULT date deadline since NO UPLIST or MERGER occurred.
