I have mentioned the needed adjustment to outstanding shares which could easily be accomplished by someone at the management level when needed to accomplish a merger - acquistion - or total BUYOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is lots of room for Bioelectronics to manuever to get a deal done!!

Seems like an entity that LOVES BIEL, could force the stock price to $.0001 just to buyout the company (hostile takeover). BETTER YET FORCE THEM INTO BANKRUPTCY. Easy pickings to their proprietary info.
