my theory is that NWBO has been delaying the applications intentionally

TRUE! I know it's for the data's own good but come on! Let's just get over with. Is this some type of data lock - TLD again where they took two years to read it. We all know they intentionally did it on purpose and just blamed all the delays to covid.

Some people can't wait a lifetime for this. you know?

I don’t think they’d hold up the MAA app at this juncture for the combo trial. That makes no sense. Safe to say, regulators have access to the combo trial data if they want to. Dr. Pazdur has talked about (generally) accessing premature trial data when they get a whiff of unprecedented survival. Like it or not, that trial gets even more credibility because it is sponsored by Merck. Are you seeing AF go after Merck much?

1) no one is “spinning” the $3m. People are speculating as much as you are speculating that it is “meaningless”.
2) the notion that they are intentionally delaying is ludicrous. It takes a long time for these applications to happen. Absent huge funds and massive redundancies in terms of labor, and even then, you can’t rush it, I doubt you’d see this happen faster;
3) more frequently what you see at this stage is a massive partnership or buyout, and most shareholders lost interest once they have been paid out and don’t care about the timeline and waiting. They at some point hear it was approved, maybe, or maybe even not.

In fact, my theory is that NWBO has been delaying the applications intentionally to let the combo data mature. And they will apply when they feel it’s appropriate for regulatory agencies to take a peek at.

Tremendous nonsense absolute BS
