Funny timing, the NVSC decision finally dropped hours after you posted this. 4+ months for briefing, then unknown delay waiting for the NVSC decision.

I'm not sure that's sooner than later, but I am disappointed that they seem to have kicked the can down the road. Whether yay or nay, the NVSC could have addressed the issues instead of just rolling them into the appeal.
