How is it a good problem?
Not being able to get employees for your headquarters you plan on building and a HR and whomever else you will need to hire once TSOI explodes and those employees and whomever not being able to get on your land because needing neighbors permission is a bad problem.
Also the property being in the boondocks nobody with that sort of education is going to be living in a place like that mostly, Hr manager, qualified employees with educations or whatever, scientists, people aren’t going to leave there life to move there to work for TSOI in the middle of no where.
It would make sense to have a headquarters in the city of Idaho for example like Idaho falls because a lot of people there will have educations and that is realistic.
But my statements were legit and sensible.

I have no need for any HR anybody Cody. We are not that kind of company. You do understand that primarily TSOI is a holding co. right?
