Sure hope not and hope shareholders don't pressure the management into it. Waste of time and money. Has anyone seen any legal action against shorts somehow made any positive impact? I have seen a few in the contrary. The problem is not shorts. In this environment, if you don't beat expectations, you are smacked. Should I say that we did not meet expectation?

Agree jeunke - deals first ... but i really do hope Lebby and his team are well aware of these criminal activities. Some on this forum claim LONGS are selling at this stage ... yeah right ... Santa Claus is in town LOL. As said before: a delegation of STRONG LONGS and LWLG could be really powerful in handling a legal action case ... Something to discuss about at ASM and at the upcoming meeting with LWLG and SafeCapital. I am sure the outcome will be real fun.
