I believe the bulk of what they're selling off in this supposed SPAC deal is revolved around the two patents that are set to expire in a couple of years. I find it odd that someone would want to pay 250M for something that hasn't produced enough revenue to even show up on the FINS, despite the company talking about the IPF Immune selling out.

Of course, the patents are not assigned to the company, but rather the Harry Zarbov Trust, as I questioned before.

I can't wait until the closing date of this supposed deal worth 250M.
