The fraud would be from the side of N95-Shield stating their company less than a year old could honor a 980MM agreement.

There is nothing to collect here. I'm not holding my breath to ever seeing 45MM hit the balance sheet from this... it's merely a moral victory because they messed with Klug , nothing more. Will have no tangible impact for us.
