So , do you believe 2 companies ... N95-Shield LLC and Coastal Partners LLC which were both established in the very beginnings on the pandemic (one which dissolved in 2021, and another is still active) were capables of honoring a BILLION $ contract (obviously not) , and are Capable of Paying a 45 MM judgment.

I don't doubt a judgment was awarded.... I doubt the collectability of the judgment.

I don't believe N95-Shield has the capacity to pay , not any tangible assets, nor any real revenue. So unless they are sitting on rights to a gold mine with proven deposits (lol) or some a pile of OG bitcoin from 2009 ... they will not be able to pay the judgment, so all we get is some moral victory and they could get some jail time... The enforceability of the judgment if they cant pay comes down to a sheriffs office seizing and selling assets.... what assets worth 45 million though ???
