As the former lead statistician for the FDA, I'm sure he is the one recommending this submission without needing another P3 trial.

I would agree that in a NHL game if I were 70/30 for I would raise.
Perhaps not all in, but then I have lost one card outs before.
And as with AA before the flop...even less certainty, albeit favorite.

Seems to me people fail to read what is actually being communicated by Anavex.

Remember that Anavex is planning to initiate in parallel a confirmatory trial while chatting with the FDA about AA pathways.

This would be the 70% scenario and almost as good as the lequembi comparison in terms of lining up for AA and subsequently full approval without a P4.

P4 trials are not a good thing. What I am describing and Anavex appears to be pursuing is much better.
