It would be HIGHLY illegal (and quite foolish) for ANY individual to post falsified information of this kind via a twitter verified twitter account. That being said, I believe these communications to be legitimate and would point to a decision soon than later in my opinion.... I could be mistaken of course.

I personally just try to be patient but admit to being frustrated and wondering what’s taking so damn long for a simple SCO to clear the junk from the docket. Agreed. But keep in mind, that only says "as expeditiously as it's calendar will allow," and it is already almost three weeks old.

One possibility is that the Chief Deputy Clerk was giving an informed prediction, knowing the docket and schedule and whatnot, and thus a decision is imminent.

But another possibility is that it was just a generic response, like "I assume it'll happen soon" without knowing any details about the case or it's order in the docket.

I think a decision is overdue and thus likely to issue soon-ish, but I'm not sure if that email is really proof either way. The court may have rules in place to prevent clerks from giving out any information, we just don't really know.

Not1 know-it-all here has been right on any timing of...WNFT share cancellation...stock split date...Calesse July 5th court date being a non issue( ha ha very moronic by the crew here )...again the August settlement date,most said 14 days too 1 full month...& now the big January 9th court review being done in 2 weeks with a case toss out as the ruling...the Knowitnothings spewed...also saying it's 1 judge,when it's a 3 judge panel system..

Even yours- truly ~me, I predicted a March 17th court answer,then a harvest moon May 20th court answer....but that old saying ""No News is Good News,""Eeeeeeeeert not even close,in this case the Longer this takes,to me it wouldn't surprise me NOW if we don't get an answer by June 21st 1st day of Summer...wowwwww if correct, ul see a much lower stock price...

I think most here got a warm fuzzy feeling that we'd get some news after Kentucky Derby...wellllllllllL..we're 3days late again.
