.. That is Mr Sharps sentiment and I don't blame him for it one bit. Given my in house legal council (-ie- my Wife and the senior partner/attorneys she is Paralegal to) the last thing you want to do is pester the court in a "Hey, whats taking so long" manner... namely the judge/judges themselves as they generally do not take kindly to being questioned and/or rushed.

But...that doesn't mean Chief Deputy Clerk - Rory Wunsch's reply should be taken lightly though... as I said earlier, Im pretty sure he has a good bead on how things transpire in his own court.

...As far as this affair dragging on is concerned, I look at your calls as less epistemic, but more a "You wound up getting what you hoped for" type of thing.

None the less, I have to hand it to you... (Perhaps even thank you for your words of doom) as I have been a pig at these PPS levels.

He got a lot more information than I have in my calls. They just tell me that there is no schedule and it takes as long as it takes. Anyone who would potentially tell me, an investor in the company, that I am not to call the court is sadly mistaken. Whatever the court will publicly share is public information about a personal investment that I am absolutely entitled to. I encourage all shareholders to call the court and share with them your request for resolution. We don't live in a third world nation. As they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Please post here when you call. Lets try for 25 calls a day minimum. If you have friends and family that can call its advisable to have them make the calls from their own phones.
