I think a challenge is that the pricing of LWLG's technology from a foundry needs to be relatively consistent across the various foundries...so you may need to get multiple foundries on the same page before the first can be finalized. At the same time, LWLG needs to make sure they don't leave any value on the table. They need to capture some of the value it brings to foundries/end-users and I can't even imagine how to calculate that.
