#140401 RE: Reanimator #140400

Ha! too funny!! yeah, that's why Lebby keeps throwing out there how LWLG is poised to be Ubiquitous and is on the verge of the mass commercialization!!

It's REAL and it's HAPPENING!!!

Lebby has moved from 100% focused on the technology development to now being 100% focused on the Licensing & Tech Transfers, this is a CLEAR SIGN that the technology is 100% ready for the mass commercialization, the goal was to have that ink by May 25th ASM, let's see if he achieves his goals, and if he falls short, he will need to provide details of what negotiations are in process and what is necessary to finalize those

I'd imagine some of these negotiations could be quite complex, and a myriad of ways to structure deals, especially with the larger companies and Foundries, we already know there are many Lebby is in discussions with for some length of time, the hard part would be to ascertain how quickly these parties can come to terms

Lebby at PIC timeframe said he is now 100% focused on the Licensing and Tech Transfer Agreements and that tells investors that the LWLG technology is ready to embark on the road to Ubiquity and begin the mass commercialization, and so Lebby has used the terms "near-term" and now "in the months ahead" to describe the timeframe for these Agreements to begin to get finalized, investors already know there are MANY partnerings under NDA for the past handful of years, Lebby is now working on the business aspects and will surely be successful based on the incredible benefits the technology brings as an easy additive to existing SiP, InP, and other Foundry platforms, I suspect the Agreements would be quite complex, and likely still conditional on certain things such as "Lifetime results" so will Lebby get the first deals done by the ASM just a few weeks away at this point? hard to say, maybe, maybe not, BUT, if not then Lebby will need to detail things about the progress of the deal making process so investors know what to expect, certainly not just roll those goals into another set of 12 month goals, to me that would entail informing investors of things like,

1) number of deals under negotiation
2) things needed to close the deals ie - Lifetime Results, etc
3) expected number weeks/months to finalize each deal (ie even if referred to as deal A/B/C/D etc)
4) when will revenue guidance be given, I would expect some level of revenue expectations on each deal, right?
