Ridding themselves of a business that was doing poorly and looking to do their 6th R/S in less than a decade to raise cash to keep the remaining company afloat. All the while Elituv issues himself and his officers shares via Form 4s to negate the effect of those R/Ss.

Each time prior to those R/Ss, the sp has gone to $.0001 and it's at $.001 now.

Is TWOH really the best chance for one to make money on by trading it under these conditions?
