Many Of The Parent’s Assets are Held in Trusts.

Therefore not SEC reported by COOP to COOP shareholders and of which are not the recipients of the assets held in “WaMu” Trusts.


WMI Holdings Corp is no longer the Registrant.
Newly created WMIH Corp (wave the WAND) became the Registrant and was later renamed to Mr. Cooper(COOP).
