$KITL They put a 5 day turnaround for filing of articles of incorporation in the 8k filed on 3/2. That would have been a filing date of 3/8.

I had slapped in a day or 2 prior to 3/8 because of that turnaround expectation i saw in the 8k filed on 3/2.

Then the CEO interview came out explaining that this alliance had been in the works since mid to late 2022 and quiet time was over because things were already done.

So the only thing i can figure is that IP protection has been in the works longer than we think if the CEO had commented could be a week or a month.

Good morning LCJR. Understand there are lots of pieces to a trademark. In order for KITL to go forward with the big news of the roll out, the KITL lawyers, working with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) just have to make sure there are no other companies that can claim the new franchise name (this is the first step in getting a trademark). This process does not take a lot of time compared to all the other steps that go into a trademark. All KITL needs is the first step completed to protect the company and shareholders from some other company swooping in and claiming the new name... KITL does NOT have to wait for all the other stuff that goes into a Trademark as the new franchise name will already be registered with the USPTO over anyone else. Our time is near...
