$KITL They put a 5 day turnaround for filing of articles of incorporation in the 8k filed on 3/2. That would have been a filing date of 3/8.

I had slapped in a day or 2 prior to 3/8 because of that turnaround expectation i saw in the 8k filed on 3/2.

Then the CEO interview came out explaining that this alliance had been in the works since mid to late 2022 and quiet time was over because things were already done.

So the only thing i can figure is that IP protection has been in the works longer than we think if the CEO had commented could be a week or a month.
