Wouldn't Franchising Be a Better Solution?

The Franchisee is responsible for building, startup costs, and overhead costs.
S&L charges Franchise fees, management fees, accounting fees, marketing fees and takes a small percentage of gross revenues - and no exposure or responsibility for build out costs.


They already tried the partnership thing.
