This sux and bad all around, but I will say that if you're talking about Amazon, I have had some issues with other subscribe and save products, where they just never arrived, then I'd check and it would say delayed and they'd keep changing it. probably when stock ran out, somehow it didn't get updated when it came back in stock. Very bad, but might actually be an Amazon issue. Probably if you resubscribe, it will start working again.
I know there are many things we think the company should be doing, like posting these articles on the website, keeping track of Amazon, etc. I think it's simply a manpower issue, since money and staff are so short. At least I hope that's what it is and not incompetence, and that it can get solved soon. It does seem like there's some movement out there that needs to be jumped on big time
