Those are great questions Zip, and I doubt many here have the answers. As far as number 1, I am not aware of any unfulfilled request for more info and it just seems to be a waiting game for either approval or a further request for data or whatever.

Question number two is tricky because you know the Chinese will want V for next to nothing. If not they will just steal it.
