I still think GIA is the only way to a sale. Otherwise, what is there to sell? If you give away all the overseas markets, you're asking a potential buyer to basically buy a U.S. market already open to generics and some small proceeds from the companies handling sales in overseas markets. Then, if there is a surprise positive result in the Alzheimer's trial that makes a big Pharma eager to buy Amarin because it knows it can get huge sales overseas, you've already sold off the territory to a partner and greatly diminished any potential sales for a buyer.
